Learning Through Loss
Learning Through Loss
Learning Through Loss (LTL) is our flagship grief literacy program and a cornerstone of our work.
Since 2022, more than 1,400 educators and professionals have been trained across 170 schools and 100 organisations. Independent evaluation has confirmed the program’s effectiveness, and demand continues to grow.
More than 20,000 grief resources have been distributed to children, young people, adults and families, helping to build confidence and open up conversations about grief.
Expanding beyond Tasmania.
In 2025, the program was successfully piloted in regional Victoria through a partnership with Murray PHN, The Royal Melbourne Children’s Hospital and Palliative Care Victoria. A national licensing model has been developed, with rollout planned across multiple states
