Last Will and Testament
A Will is a legal document that outlines how a person would like their property, money, and possessions (their estate) to be shared after they die. It also lets them name a trusted person or organisation – called an executor – who will make sure their wishes are followed.
It’s a good idea to seek legal advice before making a Will, especially if things are complex or there are family concerns. The cost of making a Will varies depending on whether you use a lawyer, trustee service, or a do-it-yourself Will kit. While DIY options are available, they may not be suitable for everyone.
