The collaborative project between Palliative Care Tasmania (PCT) and Primary Health Tasmania (PHT) under the Australian Government’s Greater Choice for at Home Palliative Care measure (GCfAHPC) is set to conclude on June 30, 2023. As part of this transition, PCT is currently undergoing a review of its education program for the Aged Care sector. However, PCT is still available to provide support and education upon request during this review period. Organisations in need of palliative care or advance care planning education can reach out to Hannah Butler at hannah.butler@pct.org.au for assistance and further details.

No matter who you are – community member, volunteer, caregiver, or healthcare professional – our topics are adaptable to your needs. Our education team is committed to tailoring learning materials to suit the requirements.

For inquiries about tailored topics and learning options, don’t hesitate to contact Hannah Butler at hannah.butler@pct.org.au.
