PCT's Strategic Plan sets the direction for the future of palliative care in Tasmania.
It reflects the voices of our members, partners, community and sector stakeholders. It identifies the priorities that will ensure Tasmanians have access to quality, coordinated and compassionate care at the end of life.
Our Purpose:
To support & represent Tasmanians with a life limiting illness, together with their communities, to live, die and grieve well.
Our Vision:
For all Tasmanians to experience quality palliative care in a compassionate community.
