Volunteer Services

Volunteers play an important role in palliative care across Tasmania. They offer companionship, emotional support and practical help to people living with life limiting illnesses, as well as support for their families.

Volunteer services are confidential, person-centred and focused on what matters most to each individual. Support may include social visits, legacy work, short breaks for caregivers and the Life Story Biography Service. Contact each regional service directly for more information.
